For Outlook 2010 and Above
1. Go to Start >> Control Panel (windows 8 and above
right-click windows box and choose control panel)
2. Open Mail (32-bit)
3. Click Show Profiles
4. Click Add to add a new profile
5. Give it a name and click ok
6. Click the manual setup radio button, then click the E-mail Account radio
button to make the boxes editable
7. Fill in the information and click next
8. You will be prompted for username and password (username should be your
email address and your normal email password)
9. Once complete, click finish
10. Make
sure Always use this profile is selected and select the new profile, then click
ok.
